As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
*Manage the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
*Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment history.
*Resolve payment discrepancies and address customer queries professionally.
*Prepare and distribute regular reports on account statuses and outstanding debts.
*Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and billing information.
