Full job descriptionJob Title: Project Administrator
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join their team. This role offers the chance to work in a busy, fast-paced construction environment, supporting an experienced team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and full compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Attend and coordinate on-site project meetings
*Manage company health and safety processes and documentation
*Organise PPE orders and maintain stock levels
*Prepare and submit applications and pre-qualification questionnaires (PPQs)
*Book and coordinate travel arrangements when required
*Manage supplier agreements
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Raise, track, and manage purchase orders
*Support the business in gaining and maintaining frameworks
*Assist with quality assurance and social value elements of tender submissions
*Manage training records and coordinate staff training requirements
*Conduct DBS checks and maintain compliance documentation
*Support internal reviews

*Previous experience within the construction industry
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*High attention to detail
*Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
*Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
