Full job descriptionProject Administrator
Start Date: ASAP start
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 08:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced construction environment, working closely with an experienced team to ensure smooth project delivery and full compliance across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
*Attending and coordinating on-site project meetings
*Managing company health and safety processes and documentation
*Organising PPE orders and ensuring adequate stock levels
*Preparing and submitting applications and pre-qualification questionnaires (PPQs)
*Booking and coordinating travel arrangements when required
*Managing supplier agreements
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Raising, tracking, and managing purchase orders
*Supporting the company in gaining and maintaining frameworks
*Assisting with quality assurance and social value elements of tender submissions
*Managing training records and coordinating staff training requirements
*Conducting DBS checks and maintaining compliance documentation
*Supporting internal reviews
About you:
We are looking for someone with previous construction industry experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
