About the Role
We are excited to be working with a growing and dynamic organisation based in Crawley who are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven individual to play a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
*Manage and create content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing
*Support the development of brand awareness and lead generation activity
*Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
*Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives
*Assist with events, promotions, and product launches
*Maintain marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
About You
*Previous experience in a marketing role (ideally 1-3 years)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experience with social media management and content creation
*Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email platforms)
*Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills
*Experience with SEO/SEM
*Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
*Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
