An esteemed independent estate agency is seeking a Lettings Area Director to oversee multiple branches across North London. This pivotal role involves inspiring and developing high-performing teams, driving sustained business growth, and maintaining the highest compliance standards. Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead and manage multiple lettings branches, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory bodies.
*Drive team performance through effective management, training, and personal development initiatives.
*Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance profitability and market share.
*Maintain a deep understanding of current lettings legislation and ensure all processes and practices are compliant.
*Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service within the team.
*Utilise strong communication and leadership skills to inspire trust and loyalty in both staff and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Branch Manager level or higher.
*Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and manage high-volume workloads effectively.
*Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in IT with a good grasp of basic Microsoft Packages.
*Ability to work independently and make informed business decisions.
