Location: Oxford & Surrounding areas
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,700
Reporting To: Team Leader




The Role
Working as a Interior Plant Maintenance Technician, you will carry out maintenance of tropical plants within a wide sector of businesses, ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing customer base.

Your main duties will include:
*Watering, feeding and pest control of live plant displays
*Replacing dead, dying or overgrown plant displays
*Maintain artificial plant displays
*Assist with plant display installations
*Assist with seasonal installations
*Ensure all maintenance dockets and documentation are completed
*Comply with relevant health and safety
*Building good supplier and customer relationships
*Be mindful of possible sales opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
*Full UK drivers licence
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Able to work as part of a team
*Plant knowledge would be advantageous
*Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential
*Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however full training will be provided

*Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
*Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
*Initiate suggestions to improve the organisations performance
*Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
