In this role you will be based at a static site, working on behalf of one of the leading companies in the country. You will be involved in all aspects of facilities maintenance covering reactive breakdowns as well as PPM and servicing. You will work on a range of systems including HVAC, plumbing, heating and air handling systems. The role will be working as a building services and facilties mangement engineer. The role is 40 hours per week but will require flexibility to work on an out of hours on call rota for emergency breakdown cover.
This would be the ideal role for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a market leading company offering a great package.

*Static site facilities maintenance
*Working on HVAC, plumbing and air handling systems
*Days working hours
The Person:
*Mechanical background on larger commercial sites .
*Qualification in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or similar
*Experience working on HVAC systems
