We are seeking an experienced Business Lecturer to join our team at the Bexley campus. This role involves teaching students across all levels of Business Studies qualifications, including BTEC and T Level. The ideal candidate will bring up-to-date industry expertise and a passion for education.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures in Business Studies to students at various levels.
*Prepare course materials, assessments, and projects that reflect real-world business scenarios.
*Provide guidance and support to students, preparing them for further education, employment, or apprenticeships.
*Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the business sector to ensure relevant and current content.
*Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Business Lecturer or in a similar educational role.
*Strong knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications.
*Up-to-date industry expertise in the business sector.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students.
