Join our team at London South East Colleges (LSEC), one of London’s largest and most successful further education providers. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Plumbing Lecturer to help inspire the next generation of skilled experts and support people from all backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Teach Plumbing courses to students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level 2.
*Work closely with the Curriculum Manager on the expansion and development of the department.
*Ensure the delivery of the highest quality education for every student.
*Play a key role in promoting the Plumbing curriculum area, participating in marketing events and sharing your industry expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience in Plumbing.
*Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
*Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
*Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging way.
*Efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
