Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School in Oldham. This is a full-time role starting in December 2025, with the potential to become a permanent school-based position for the right candidate.
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - essential
Experience working within Early Years in a Primary School setting
A proactive, reliable and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning and development
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming school that values creativity, child-led learning, and the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
