Main Responsibilities*Supervise classes across a range of subjects using pre-prepared lesson materials
*Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils stay on task
*Support students with questions and encourage participation during lessons
*Maintain a calm, organised, and productive learning environment
*Follow school policies and procedures during lesson cover
*Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding pupil engagement and behaviour
*Build positive relationships with students and school staff
About You*Experience working with young people or within an educational setting is desirable
*Confident communicator with strong classroom presence
*Organised, adaptable, and dependable
*Able to manage behaviour effectively and professionally
*Passionate about supporting students and education
*Comfortable leading a classroom independently
*Interested in gaining further school-based experience or progressing into teaching
