Exciting Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant
Our client school, a vibrant and thriving primary school in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, rated Good by OFSTED with Outstanding features, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their supportive and friendly team. The school is conveniently located in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, with excellent transport links and on-site parking.
*Position: Learning Support Assistant
*Working Hours: 8:30 am - 3:10 pm, Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
*Salary: Approximately £93 - £100 per day, depending on experience
*Classes: Reception and Year 4
*Duration: Fixed-term until July, with potential for a permanent position
*Start Date: Immediate
This full-time role involves delivering engaging and effective learning experiences in the classroom and providing support to children during lunchtimes. The successful candidate will benefit from a comprehensive induction and work in a welcoming, nurturing environment.
Suitable candidates will have:
*A minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
*Adequate qualifications and subject knowledge of the curriculum
*A commitment to supporting children’s learning and development
