Full job descriptionPrimary Teaching Assistants - Surrey

Are you a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant looking for a role where you can build real relationships, support children consistently, and become a valued part of a school community?

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a number of wonderful primary schools across Surrey, and we’re actively seeking committed Teaching Assistants for long-term and permanent placements.

About the roles:

*Teaching Assistant positions across Surrey (EYFS, KS1 & KS2)
*Long-term and permanent roles available
*Immediate starts available, with September positions also coming in
*Supporting pupils across a range of year groups and needs
*Working within well-resourced classrooms and supportive staff teams
*Backed by experienced and approachable Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)
*Competitive pay of £90-£130 per day (PAYE) depending on experience and role

Why this is the right move for you:

*Stability and routine - Enjoy the consistency of a long-term or permanent role, with a familiar timetable, familiar faces, and a school community to invest in.
*Make a lasting difference - Long-term placements give you the time to truly support pupils and see the progress they make because of you.
*Career development - Permanent roles offer the opportunity to grow your skills, take on additional responsibilities, and progress within education.
*Supportive school environments - We work only with schools that are known for valuing and nurturing their support staff.
*A consultant who gets to know you - Your dedicated SANZA consultant will take time to understand your experience and match you to the right school and role.
*Long-term to permanent pathway - Many of our TA placements naturally develop into permanent positions for the right candidate.

What you’ll need:

*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting
*A warm, patient and nurturing approach with children
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Reliability and commitment to supporting pupils consistently
*Any additional qualifications or SEN experience is a bonus but not essential
