Full job descriptionSEN Cover Supervisor - WolverhamptonSupport. Motivate. Inspire.We are looking for a dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Thrapston on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.
You will support students across KS3 & KS4 with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs, helping to create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Role Details*Location: Wolverhampton
*Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
*Start Date: Immediate
*Pay: £100 - £130 per day
Key Responsibilities*Supervise classes and deliver pre-set lessons
*Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs
*Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
*Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
*Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Requirements*Experience within SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision preferred
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*Patient, adaptable, and confident approach
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
