About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary School Cover Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in the Midhurst area. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and graduates looking to gain classroom experience.
As a Cover Teacher, you will:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
*Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
*Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
*Support students in their learning and engagement.
*Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.
What We Are Looking For:We are looking for individuals who are:
*Confident working with students aged 11-16 (or up to 18)
*Strong communicators with good classroom experience.
*Flexible, reliable, and proactive.
*Passionate about Education and supporting young people.
Ideal but not essential:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Degree-Level education.
