Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including those with challenging behaviours.
*Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
*Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
*Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all learners.
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
*Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
*Confident in handling challenging situations.
*Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
*Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
