Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
On-site parking available
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Junior to join our friendly local team based at Hinchingbrooke Business Park in Huntingdon.
This is an excellent opportunity for school or college leavers looking to gain valuable office experience and start their career in a professional business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answering telephone calls and taking messages
*Greeting visitors and assisting with general reception duties
*Filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management
*Data entry and updating company records
*Handling incoming and outgoing post
*Supporting team members with general administrative tasks
*Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment
What We’re Looking For:
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Organised with good attention to detail
*Reliable, punctual, and professional
