An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Town Planner to join a highly regarded planning and development consultancy with an outstanding reputation across London and the South East.
This is a fantastic role for an ambitious planner looking to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, regeneration and strategic land sectors. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and design-led team, working closely with developers, architects, landowners and local authorities on complex and rewarding schemes.
The RoleYou will be involved in all aspects of the planning process, including:
*Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
*Providing strategic planning advice to clients
*Conducting site appraisals and planning assessments
*Liaising with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders
*Supporting business development and client relationship management
*Working across a varied portfolio of developments throughout the UK
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
*MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
*Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority environment
*Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
*Excellent report writing and communication skills
*A proactive and commercially minded approach
*The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
