We’re looking for caring, adaptable Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs in Kings Lynn primary and secondary schools. This is your chance to make a real difference while gaining experience across a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Support lessons and small group activities for SEN/SEMH pupils
Assist with behaviour management and emotional support
Work one-to-one with pupils to meet individual learning needs
Help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment

Experience or qualifications in SEN/SEMH, teaching assistance, or childcare
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Flexibility to work across schools and key stages
