The school supports pupils with SEMH, including students with ADHD & ASD, and is expanding its KS3 provision due to continued growth.The Role*Teaching KS3 pupils within a specialist SEMH setting
*Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
*Supporting students with ADHD, ASD and associated behavioural or emotional needs
*Working collaboratively with pastoral teams, SEN professionals and support staff
The Ideal Candidate*Qualified Teacher Status
*Experience working within SEN, SEMH or alternative provision settings
*Background in either primary or secondary teaching, ideally with flexibility across both
*Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
