Contract: Temporary (3 months+, with potential extension)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Part-Time administrator to support school attendance management services. This role focuses on monitoring, recording, and improving pupil attendance.
You will be responsible for liaising closely with schools and contacting parents and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitoring and managing school attendance records
*Liaising regularly with schools to gather and verify attendance information
*Updating internal systems with accurate data
*Carrying out attendance checks with schools and candidates, including those with SEN
*Supporting attendance improvement processes and ensuring compliance with procedures
Candidate Requirements
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with schools
*Experience working with data systems and record-keeping
*Understanding or experience of SEN (desirable but not essential)
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
