Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist customers in selecting the perfect coffee solutions for various office areas.
*Manage machine order specifications and oversee the ordering process, including lease arrangements and customization of orders to meet client specifications.
*Coordinate with technical teams for site visits and installations as necessary.
*Maintain regular contact with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
*Support clients with orders for coffee and other consumables, ensuring a continuous supply and addressing any concerns promptly.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met and they are delighted with the services provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*A deep love for coffee and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Experience in client-facing communications and problem resolution.
