*Commercial Governance, CVR & Financial Controls: Embed CVR best practice as business-as-usual for major works; review CVRs, challenge assumptions, and act early on risks/opportunities.
*Growth & Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities, support commercial negotiations, and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
*Client Leadership: Build and maintain senior relationships (including Openreach, National Gas, and KCC) to align business activities with long-term objectives.
*Leadership & People: Lead, mentor, and strengthen the leadership team; review agency reliance and recruit strategically to build capability; foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

What You’ll Bring:
*Senior leadership experience in surfacing/reinstatement, civils, utilities, or wider infrastructure delivery.
*Strong commercial and financial capability with proven experience improving performance through operational grip and disciplined reporting.
