Supply Teachers - What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a valid TRN (Teacher Reference Number)
* Recent classroom teaching experience
* Strong behaviour management and adaptability
* Passion for delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
Cover Supervisors - What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (e.g. schools, youth work, coaching, mentoring)
* Confidence leading a classroom and managing behaviour
* A proactive, flexible approach to supporting schools
* Great communication and organisational skills
