This role involves stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher on a flexible, ad-hoc basis that fits around your schedule.

Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Role Responsibilities:
*Supervise students across KS3 and KS4 classes
*Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain on task
*Maintain a calm, focused, and productive classroom environment
*Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding policies
Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Applicant Requirements:
*A confident and professional classroom presence
*Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
*Minimum of 2 months’ UK experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring etc.)
*Reliable, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
