About the Role
RSR Education are currently recruiting for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) and Teachers to work in schools across Sutton.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced education professionals looking for flexible work or long-term placements within supportive school environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher (HLTA / Cover role)
*Support pupils across a range of abilities and year groups
*Assist with planning, preparation, and classroom management
*Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
*Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Person Specification
*HLTA qualification or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred
*Experience working within a school setting
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects
*Passion for supporting student learning and development
Compliance Requirements
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
*Right to work in the UK
*Two professional references
