Hours: Full-Time

The Role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll help maintain the smooth, efficient flow of stock through the supply chain network. From shipment coordination to data accuracy and issue resolution, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring product gets to the right place at the right time.
This role suits someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays
- Update systems and maintain accurate inventory records
- Communicate with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse teams
- Support demand planning, replenishment, and forecasting
- Produce KPI reports and analyse supply chain performance
- Investigate stock discrepancies
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
Skills & Experience Required:
- 1–2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Excel and/or ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is a plus
Additional Requirement:
- Due to the site’s location near Castleford, having your own transport is a major advantage.
