Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
*Address customer queries efficiently and effectively
*Handle customs clearance as well as import and export documentation and processes
*Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, both in-person and over the phone
*Process high volume customer queries professionally and efficiently
*Accurately enter data into the in-house system
*Manage delivery queries and communicate effectively with the team.
*Learn all aspects of the role to provide comprehensive support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Team player with strong communication skills.
*Ability to work at a fast pace and manage time effectively.
*Enthusiastic with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
*Professional and able to maintain confidentiality.
