Excellent opportunity for a CNC Engineer to take a sidewards step into a Pre-Sales role, working for a leading engineering company supporting cutting-edge manufacturing sales with a generous bonus scheme on offer.

In this role, you’ll support the sales team using your CNC engineering expertise, preparing customer presentations and programming/setting machines for demonstrations. The role is mainly office based, with occasional travel across the UK and Ireland to support customer visits. This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC professional looking to move into a customer-facing technical role within a highly successful and growing engineering business.

THE ROLE:
*Technical support for the sales team
*Programming and setting CNC machines for demos
*Producing CAD/CAM simulations and estimates
*Preparing customer presentations and solutions
*Occasional UK and Ireland travel

THE PERSON:
*CNC programming, setting, and operating experience
*Fanuc controls and CAD/CAM experience essential
*Heidenhain and Siemens beneficial
*Multi-axis machining experience
*Good communication/customer service
