Full job descriptionThe Recruitment Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department within a Not For Profit organisation. This position is based in Brighton and requires strong organisational skills to manage recruitment processes effectively.

Description
*Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
*Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage communication with applicants.
*Support hiring managers with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
*Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external regulations.
*Prepare and distribute offer letters and contracts for successful candidates.
*Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment procedures and documentation.
*Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR team.
*Act as a point of contact for candidate queries and provide timely responses.
Profile
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
*Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within Human Resources or recruitment.
