Description
*Process and issue client invoices with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
*Maintain and update billing records within the Accounting & Finance system.
*Reconcile client accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
*Support the month-end closing process by generating billing reports.
*Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and billing-related matters professionally.
*Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance the billing function.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all billing activities.
Profile
A successful Billing Assistant should have:
