About the RoleYou will be working within an Additionally Resourced Base (ARB) supporting pupils with a range of needs such as:
*Autism (ASC)
*Communication and interaction difficulties
*SEMH and regulation needs
Your role will include:
*Providing 1:1 and small-group support
*Supporting routines, transitions and emotional regulation
*Adapting activities to support access to learning
*Encouraging independence and confidence
*Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
*Creating a calm, safe and structured environment

*Has experience working in SEN, care, or support settings
*Is calm, patient and emotionally resilient
*Is confident supporting behaviour and routine
