Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth to recruit a dedicated English Teacher for a full-time position starting immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced English teachers looking to make a positive impact within a thriving secondary school environment. The role is initially for the remainder of the summer term, with the potential to continue into September for the right candidate.
The Role:*Full-time English Teacher position within a mainstream secondary school
*Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with the national curriculum
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student progress
*Work collaboratively with a supportive English department and wider school team
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Be passionate about English and committed to raising student achievement
*Have strong classroom management and communication skills
*Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and motivated to inspire young learners
*ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
