Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow, who are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) unit full-time from September 2026

The ARP supports children with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and communication difficulties, offering a nurturing and structured environment within a mainstream setting.


Role Highlights:
*Supporting pupils with SEND (primarily ASD) in small group or 1:1 settings
*Working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning plans
*Assisting with daily routines, sensory regulation, and behaviour support
*Helping to build confidence, independence, and communication skills


We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous experience working with children with additional needs, particularly autism
*Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a consistent approach to support
*Can work effectively as part of a team and independently
*Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
