A leading, high-growth private equity firm based in Brighton is seeking a Corporate Lawyer (2–6 years PQE) to join its in-house legal team. This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure across the full private equity investment lifecycle, working closely with dealmakers on M&A transactions, acquisitions and portfolio support.
The role involves leading and supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions, including drafting and negotiating SPAs, investment agreements, NDAs, and due diligence processes, as well as advising portfolio companies on corporate matters.
You will be a UK-qualified solicitor with strong corporate experience, ideally including private equity or high-value M&A and excellent commercial awareness.
