Learning support opportunity in Buckingham, assisting students with additional needs in a welcoming and inclusive school setting.






Tradewind Recruitment are partnering with a highly supportive educational setting in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant.

Learning Support Assistant
Responsibilities include:
*Supporting students in lessons on a one-to-one or small group basis
*Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and learning activities
*Encouraging confidence, independence and positive engagement
*Supporting pupils with additional educational needs where required
*Promoting safeguarding and student wellbeing at all times






The successful candidate will ideally have:
*Previous experience working with children or young people
*A patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*A passion for supporting educational progress
*An Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to undertake one
