Full job description About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Core Subject Teacher (English, Maths, or Science) to join our dynamic and supportive school community. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential while delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
*Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
*Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners
*Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
*Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement
Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Degree in a core subject (English, Mathematics, or Science)
*Proven experience teaching in a school setting (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*Passion for education and student development
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children
Desirable*Experience with GCSE / KS3 / KS4 curriculum
*Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities
*Knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies
