A respected Legal 500 firm in Greater London is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and growing Property department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor seeking stability, quality work, and a supportive long-term environment within a highly regarded firm.
The role offers a varied caseload with an established client base and strong referral network, alongside the backing of an experienced and well-structured team.
The Role
The caseload will include:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Re-mortgages
*New build matters
*Shared ownership transactions
*Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
Requirements
*Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Strong organisational and client care skills
*Ability to manage a busy workload efficiently
*Experience using case management systems
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer considered
