Full job descriptionA supportive secondary school in Waltham Forest is looking for a Science Academic Mentor to help students across Biology, Chemistry and Physics from September.
This role is ideal for a Science graduate considering teacher training or a long-term career in education.
What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting students in Science lessons
*Delivering targeted GCSE interventions
*Helping students improve confidence and attainment
*Supporting practical lessons and classroom engagement
What they’re looking for:
*Science graduate preferred
*Passion for education and STEM subjects
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Enthusiastic and proactive approach
