Full job descriptionTeaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to support students with special educational needs at GCSE level, helping them reach their full academic potential.
The Role:*Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with SEN at GCSE level
*Adapt teaching methods to meet a variety of learning needs
*Plan, assess, and monitor student progress in line with curriculum expectations
*Work closely with support staff and SEN professionals
*Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Requirements:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Proven experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs
*Experience delivering GCSE-level curriculum
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
