Job DescriptionA friendly and inclusive primary school in Darwen is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners and making a real impact in the classroom.
Duties and Responsibilities*Work closely with teachers to support lesson delivery
*Provide targeted support for pupils who need extra assistance
*Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
