About the Company:
This relatively newly established, multi-office law firm is growing!

Founded by two experienced solicitors this firm has a strong reputation for client care and accessibility. The practice is predominantly property led.
The commercial property work is currently led by one of the founding partners, who needs your support.

Responsibilities:
*Handle a varied commercial property caseload (including elements of agricultural property where required)
*Support an existing partner who is currently managing the majority of commercial property work
*Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings
*Contribute to business development activities where appropriate (working alongside others with strong local networks)
Salary and benefits
*Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
*Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility
*No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond
Ideal candidate
*Qualified solicitor/legal executive with experience in commercial property matters
*Able to manage a busy caseload and help relieve pressure on a busy partner
*Comfortable meeting clients in person
*Strong client-care mindset; approachable and responsive
