Description
*Supervise and manage transactional finance processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
*Managing rents and services charges
*Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
*Oversee daily cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
*Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for internal stakeholders.
*Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
*Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Profile
A successful Transactional Finance Manager should have:
*A strong background in transactional finance within the accounting & finance field.
*Experience working in the housing industry.
*Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
