Description
*Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
*Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
*Support payroll processing and employee expense claims.
*Prepare financial reports for review by senior management.
*Manage data entry and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
*Provide support for audits and maintain proper documentation.
*Collaborate with team members to meet financial deadlines.
*Address queries from internal and external stakeholders related to finance.
Profile
A successful Part Time - Finance Assistant should have:
*A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
*Experience working in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
*Proficiency with financial software and tools (Sage 50 Desirable)
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
