About the RoleTeaching Personnel are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in the Wirral.
This role is ideal for individuals with previous school-based experience who are confident managing a classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher.
Key Responsibilities*Supervise classes during teacher absence
*Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
*Maintain a calm, focused, and productive classroom environment
*Manage behaviour in line with school policies
*Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour
Essential Requirements*Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is essential
*Strong behaviour management and classroom control skills
*Confidence leading groups of students independently
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
