As Tenancy Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenancy-related matters from start to finish, ensuring both Landlords and Tenants receive an exceptional level of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Duties of a Tenancy Manager will include:
* Managing Landlord and Tenant queries
* Handling tenancy renewals and terminations
* Updating tenancy documentation and compliance records
* Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
* Negotiating deposit returns
* Dealing with rent arrears
* Ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
* Maintaining strong communication with clients at all times
Tenancy Manager requirements:
* Previous property management or lettings administration experience preferred
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Professional and confident communicator
* Positive and customer-focused approach
* Ability to manage workload independently
* Understanding of lettings legislation/compliance advantageous
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Use of own vehicle required occasionally
