Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to manage a range of residential projects for their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:
*Manage and deliver on various residential projects from inception through to completion
*Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
*Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
*Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD
Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
*ARB registered
*Successfully completed you RIBA Part 3 Qualification experience
*Strong post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
*Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
*Experience managing projects within the residential sector
*Housebuilder experience is desirable
*Job running experience
*Portfolio that demonstrates strong layout and masterplanning experience
*Excellent drawing and design skills
*Strong experience working on projects across RIBA stages 0-3
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
