Location: Cheshire
Salary: £50-58,000
A well-established multidisciplinary practice is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join its expanding team in Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and accomplished Architect looking to progress into a senior-level role within a supportive and innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects across sectors such as education, commercial, leisure and public sector developments.

The role:
* Managing projects from concept through to completion across a range of sectors
* Leading both design coordination and technical delivery phases
* Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
* Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications
* Delivering presentations and project updates to clients and stakeholders
* Supporting team development and mentoring junior staff members
* Ensuring projects are delivered to a high design and technical standard throughout all RIBA stages
Requirements for the Associate Architect role:
* ARB registered Architect with significant post-Part III industry experience
* Proven experience working across all RIBA work stages
* Strong technical expertise and knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Demonstrated leadership and project coordination skills
* Proficient in Revit with strong technical detailing ability
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
* Commercial awareness with a motivated and professional approach
* Ability to thrive within a collaborative and fast-moving team environment
