* Design end-to-end UX for an AI-powered personalisation and campaign-building platform
* Create clear, intuitive journey flows that simplify complex user interactions
* Translate product requirements into wireframes and high-quality UX artefacts
* Improve the usability and efficiency of campaign creation and customer targeting workflows
* Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to iterate on design concepts
* Support the development of "next best action" features within customer journeysYour Skills and Experience
* Strong experience designing UX for complex applications or platforms
* Proven ability to design structured, step-by-step user journeys and flows
* Experience working on AI-driven products, personalisation systems, or data-led platforms
* Background in designing transactional or logic-heavy environments, such as fintech or similar
* Ability to simplify manual, complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
