Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher looking to make a real impact within a specialist education setting? We are currently recruiting Primary, Secondary, and KS5 Teachers to join a well-supported complex needs provision in Bow, working with pupils and young people with Autism, PMLD, SLD, complex medical needs, and communication difficulties.

The Role:*Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students’ individual learning needs

*Support pupils with complex needs, Autism, sensory needs, and communication difficulties

*Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers

*Promote student engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing

*Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where necessary

*Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

We are looking for someone who:*Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

*Has experience working within SEN or complex needs settings

*Can confidently manage behaviour and support additional needs

*Is passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with SEND

*Has strong communication and teamwork skills

*Holds or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
